FACILITY MANAGEMENT

We manage Real Estate Assets on behalf of investors, this include sales, rentals, lease and property management.

At Randburg Properties, our services cover Real Estate and Facility management whereby we engage in the management of personal property, equipment, tooling and physical capital assets that are acquired and used to build, repair and maintain end item deliverables. We initiate the processes, systems and manpower required to manage the life cycle of all acquired property at our disposal including acquisition, control, accountability, responsibility, maintenance, utilization, and disposition.

Real Estate Development

We also deliver a good and reliable property development, which entails the process of placing improvements on or to a parcel of land; such improvements may include drainage, utilities, subdividing, access, buildings, etc.

We undertake the acquisition of virgin land from the traditional land owners. Armed with every document they provide, we proceed to the title holding on such property. Subsequently, we roll out the land in plots based on the approved layout. Thereafter, individuals, groups and corporate bodies subscribe to acquire their plots for the development of their property. The construction can be done by our technical team or by subscriber's contractors. The result is the community, otherwise called ESTATE.

CONSULTANCY MANDATES

Consultancy is one of the strong pillars of Randburg Property Development Comapny since inception. Within the period, we have handled the following consultancy opportunities on behalf of our various clients including Bayelsa State Government Housing Authority:

A. Processing of N2Billion Estate Development Loan with Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) on behalf of the Bayelsa State Government:
RPDC Consultants to the Bayelsa State Government. Acting in this capacity, we successfully secured offer letter from FMBN for N2Billion for the Bayelsa State Government in August 2010.

B. Processing of N500million Estate Development Loan for Tamief International Limited:
This mandate is on behalf of a private developer for N500Million estate development loan for an estate project in Yenagoa. This application has also received final approvals at the relevant Management Credit Committees and at Board levels.

Disbursement of the first tranche of 40% on this loan was achieved in November, 2011.

C. Processing of N500million Estate Development Loan for Afra General Enterprises Ltd:
This mandate is on behalf of a private developer for N500Million estate development loan for an estate project in Abuja in partnership with FRSC. This EDL loan application is under precessing and we are optimistic that we will secure all necessary approvals in record time.

D. Sale of De-Mes Court Diplomatic Enclave Katampe Extension:

This mandate is for the sale of NEWLY COMPLETED, 30-Units Luxury 2-bedrooms flats and 2units of one bedroom flat developed on a land space of 4,000 square meters, the entire structure is on two floors of luxurious flats complimenting the structure as the pent house. The property is located at plot 77 Diplomatic Enclave of Katampe Extension District, less than 5- minutes’ drive to Maitama.

E. Sale of Housing Estate:

We facilitated the sales of Mercy Samuelson Estate a NEWLY COMPLETED, 35-Units niche residential housing estate situated directly on the Ten-Lane Expressway of Gwarimpa-Kubuwa road it combines the benefits of proximity of 15-minutes drive to the Central Business District in Abuja and the serenity of the country- side, overlooking the Kubuwa Hills.
